Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of revplumb.com and the plumbing services provided by Revolution Plumbing (“we,” “us”). By using our site or scheduling work, you agree to these terms.

Service Area

We serve the Treasure Valley region of Idaho, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, and surrounding communities. Service to outlying areas may carry a disclosed trip fee. We reserve the right to decline service outside our practical service radius.

Quotes & Pricing

Any price provided over the phone, by email, or through our website prior to an in-person inspection is a non-binding estimate. A binding flat-rate quote is provided after on-site diagnosis and before work begins. You authorize work by accepting the on-site quote in writing or verbally before we begin.

Scheduling

Appointment times are subject to availability. We'll provide an arrival window when we confirm the job. Emergency calls take priority and may shift non-emergency appointments; we communicate any rescheduling as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing may be available for qualifying jobs through third-party lenders.

Warranty

Labor and parts warranties vary by service and manufacturer. Specific warranty terms, including duration and scope, appear on the itemized invoice for your job. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are passed through directly from the manufacturer.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage discovered during work, consequential or incidental damages, or issues caused by misuse, modification, or third-party work performed after we leave the premises.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the work area, accurate information about the property and the issue, and prompt notification of any concerns about the work performed so we can address them while a remedy is straightforward.

Content on revplumb.com is provided for general information about our services. It is not a substitute for an in-person diagnosis. You may not scrape, copy, or reuse site content without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from our services or these terms will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in Ada County, Idaho. We'll always try to resolve issues informally first; please contact us before escalating.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
