I'm David, the owner. I started Revolution Plumbing after years of working under franchise companies and watching how customers got treated.
Hourly billing that ran wild. Pushy upsells dressed up as “diagnostics.” Crews of new hires sent out to handle work they hadn't learned yet. It bothered me enough that I went out on my own.
Revolution is a small shop on purpose. The phone rings to me. The work gets done by me. You get a flat price before I start, and the price doesn't move once I've quoted it.
Most of my work is leak detection, tankless water heater installs, and whole-house PEX repipes. The kind of jobs the bigger shops would rather replace than diagnose.
