Service Providers

Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request data like IP address and browser type to serve the site. We use Sentry to log website errors, which may include your browser, device, and the page you were on when something broke. Google and Microsoft provide our analytics tools, covered below. These providers process data on our behalf and we do not allow them to sell it. We do not use AI tools on your personal information.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, clicks, time on page, session recordings). Clarity records anonymized session activity to help us improve the site. We never use this data for advertising and never sell it. You can block analytics with standard browser privacy settings or extensions.

Cookies

Our site may use cookies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to request service.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain contact records as long as needed to service your account, satisfy invoicing and warranty obligations, and comply with legal requirements. To request deletion of your personal information from our records, email dhapiuk@revplumb.com with the request.
